Zsofia is originally from Hungary but now calls Mallorca home! Zsofia´s heart and passion lie somewhere at sea and after attaining many years of international experience within the yachting, hospitality and recruitment industries it became apparent that crew recruitment would be a perfect venture for her!
To best utilise her experience and desire to help others, she decided to open her own crew agency, A-Z Yachting. She can now offer crew members an opportunity to find their dream job that they are always ever so actively seeking, as well as providing fully qualified and experienced professional crew members to yacht owners.
In her spare time, you can find Zsofia travelling the globe, competing in a CrossFit and Hyrox competitions or having fun at the shooting range!

After 9 successful years as a Chief Stewardess onboard Motor Yachts, Holly decided to move ashore and crew recruitment seemed like the right choice as she wanted to stay connected to the yachting industry.
With her extensive experience in hospitality, yachting and recruitment, she now is in charge of all administration and management for A-Z Yachting.
In Holly´s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and showing her son what life has to offer.

Leah left the UK at a young age of 18 to pursue a yachting career, after many successful years working as a Chef onboard various yachts she decided to move ashore.
With her extensive experience she enjoys helping crew find their dream jobs. For A-Z Yachting that means Leah takes expert care matching the right yacht for each crewmember and the right crewmember for each yacht.
In her spare time Leah loves to travel and explore different countries and cultures. She is still a keen cook and enjoys cooking for friends and family when she gets the chance.

Natalie was born & raised in Preston, a small city in the Northwest of England.
Growing up Natalie always had the desire to explore the world and experience different cultures, so after a few years working as a travel consultant and solo travelling in her early twenties, she eventually found her way into the wonderful world of yachting.
Over the past 8 years Natalie has travelled all around the world on various yachts, working her way up to becoming a Chief Stewardess, honing her skills and gaining a wealth of experience in the yachting industry.
Natalie is now settled in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with her fellow yachtie husband and their daughter. She remains well connected within the industry and is excited to use her yachting expertise to help captains crew find their perfect fit.

Samantha was born and raised in Durban, South Africa, with the yearning to travel she started her yacht career. After many successful years as a Chief Stewardess, visiting amazing destinations and meeting new people which created life´s lasting memories she decided it was time to move ashore.
After a few years of experience in recruitment, she now uses her wealth of experience to assist others in carving their yachting career and finding their perfect position onboard.
In Samantha’s spare time, she loves travelling, exploring different cultures and spending quality time with family and friends.
